Process Integration Engineer

Position Summary

Process Integration Engineer (Senior/Principal) is responsible for improvement of process flow and productivity.

Candidates with wafer bumping, WLCSP, or fanout packaging experience are encouraged to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with internal team to improve yield/productivity and resolve quality issues.
• Manage internal engineering studies and generate reports with data analysis.
• Process flow optimization and customization for individual products.
• Work with Design team on the optimization of product designs.
• Work with NPI/R&D team on new product/technology transferring.
• Update and maintain documents.
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the management.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Materials/chemicals/Microelectronics or other relevant Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Knowledge and experience on wafer-level packaging process modules and integration.
• Strong technical analysis competency with the use of analytical tools like JMP.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Good communication skill and a good team player.
