Position Summary
Customer Service Manager is responsible for customer order planning and management, logistics arrangement and other ad-hoc services to customers.
Candidates with experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the team to achieve the department objective in below area:
- Host Customer Visits and Quarterly Business Review meetings.
- Maintain pricing and sales order creation for billing and shipment.
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Work with IT to develop reports for customers and maintain the quality of these reports.
- Brief internally the changes in customer requirements according to customers’ specs.
- Work with internal teams and customer on the customer order planning and execution by:
- Providing visibility for incoming wafers.
- Providing instruction to execute orders and coordinate the priorities of orders.
- Providing WIP status, ship-out plan and finished good information to customers.
- Arrangement of customer wafers to fulfill Forecast / AOP/Customer Shipment requirements.
- Team management and motivation.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the management.
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing Management.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in customer service.
- Experience on team leading and management.
- Able to bridge between and coordinate with customer and internal engineering, logistics, sales & planning team.
- Must possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment.
